2. Eat 5-6 meals a day

Besides the part control, you also need to eat every day 5-6 of these small meals, if you want to lose weight.This is keeping your metabolism running at a good pace, so that you can continue to lose fat.

3. lift weights

Now you may have heard you need to do cardio, but it is also necessary to lift weights, if you want to get slim. the reason for this is because this will burn a few extra calories and also the added muscle will burn more calories, when your body is at rest. This will make the process of weight loss things easier on you.
