How does one lose weight and get thin, when everything seems to be against us? This is the mentality that I had for most of my life. For me, always thin was a constant objective that I could never seem to take the necessary measures to achieve. It seemed impossible.
Because we (those of us who don't seem to become thin) feel this way?
